- You are the union – Executive Council is the first point of contact, they report information back to building
- Newsletter coming each month
- Suggest holding 10 minute meetings to get our faces out there
- Before or after Faculty meetings would be good time

Unit E
- Members unhappy about being pulled to Substitute
- Updated form for EAs to complete when they “lead teach” during a day where classroom teacher is out to receive compensation

Mentor Steering
- Experienced out of district hires do not need mentors if completed elsewhere
- May need some training to acclimate to Canton, as a separate track than inexperienced teachers
- Veteran teachers are “expected” to provide guidance without compensation
