- ALL officer positions are open as well as most committee seats
- Elections
- Motion made to postpone elections to September due to COVID-19 school closure, seconded, and voted to pass unanimously
- Elections will be held when we return to school in September, tentatively on the first day when we are all together at CHS
- All elected positions due to expire July 1 to be tentatively extended to September 8.
- Mentor Steering needs to work over summer (New Hire trainings)
- Confirm with Admin about their summer plan
Treasurer
- Budget update, currently $62,000
- Saved money without MTA Annual expenses
- Investment: CD rolled over with pretty low rates, Kim to shop around
- Tax forms for new members
- Will process payroll for stipended positions in mid-May
- Negotiations (COVID-19) team should be compensated
- Motion made to pay COVID-19 negotiation team $500 stipend for their work on both MOAs, seconded, and voted to pass unanimously
- Motion made to make a one-time $1,000 donation to Canton Food Pantry, seconded, and voted to pass unanimously

Scholarship
- CTA Scholarship
- Deadline is Friday, May 1
- Google Form application but also accepting scanned/emailed paper applications
- Future Educator Scholarship, 1 x $1,000
- Deadline for students was extended to Thursday, April 16, 2020.
- Applications will be emailed to Committee this week
- Notify Anne Murray of scholarship recipient by Wednesday, May 6, 2020 (original deadline).
- Scholarship Night is scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 7:00 PM in the Morse Auditorium. MORE INFORMATION TO COME.
- Award presentation will follow the order in which CHS is notified of each recipient.
NCTA
- Dues increasing from $8 to $12
- Annual Banquet is canceled
