Dear CTA Members,

The negotiations committee met again this evening with the school committee.We gave them a counter proposal of what we believe we could bring back to you. Because our counter proposal had a number of components to it the school committee needs to go back, look at the numbers and discuss the proposal with the full school committee and others. We agreed to meet on September 10 at 3:30pm for what we believe will be an extended bargaining session in an attempt to achieve an agreement.

PLEASE NOTE: We continue to ask that you NOT volunteer for extra work including service on any district committees.If you have any questions on this please speak to one of the following Crisis Committee members:
